Our Returns Policy

Items purchased from Dragonwing can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for return, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, unaltered, and must include all original tags. Any items that have been altered in any way cannot be returned. Due to health regulations, items that are soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered will not be accepted. Dragonwing reserves the right to determine if a returned product is soiled. If so, the return or store credit will not be processed, and the item cannot be sent back. Additionally, Dragonwing reserves the right to refuse returns that are submitted after the 30-day window or if the items are not in their original condition.

Use our Return and Exchanges Portal to start your return. Once completed, complete the following steps:

  • Securely pack items. If available, please use original packaging.
  • Attach your return label to the package.
  • Drop off the package within 30 days to your nearest carrier location.
  • We'll issue your refund, gift card, or exchange once we approve your return.

Returns and Exchanges FAQs

How long does it take an order to ship?

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Limited edition Dragonwing merchandise (e.g. sweatshirts, tees) ship within 5-10 business days.

Can I exchange for a new size?

Love the item, just not the right size? Exchange for the exact same item in a new size. As soon as your return item is scanned in and in-transit back to us, your exchange item will be processed and on its way to you!

You will also have the option to do an Instant Exchange for $1 - this will process the exchange immediately. If you select this option, you will be charged if the returned items aren't in the mail after 14 days.

As we have limited sizes in certain styles, we encourage you to process your exchange ASAP.

What are my return options?

STORE CREDIT RETURN
Want some more Dragonwing, just not right now? No problem! Receive a gift card code via email once your return item is scanned in and in-transit back to us!

RETURN FOR REFUND
Love Dragonwing, but changed your mind? Receive a refund (minus a handling fee) to your original payment method once your return is received and approved by our team.

How long does a return take?

Once your return has been delivered to our facility, your return/exchange may take up to 3-5 business days to process, although often processed more quickly. You will be notified via email once your return has been received and processed.

Please note that turnaround times may be longer during and shortly after promotional or holiday sales.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

You will receive the funds from the refund in your account approximately 3-5 business days after the date on which the refund is initiated. (This is an aspect of how the banking system works and is out of our control.) Note that refunds may appear in the form of a reversal and can only be refunded to the original form of payment. In the case of a reversal, the original payment may drop off of your bank statement, and a separate credit may not necessarily be issued.

If you used a gift card on your original order and returned it for refund, the funds will be immediately reloaded to the original gift card when the refund is initiated, and available for immediate use.

I picked store credit on my return, but lost the code. Can you help?

Yes! We keep a record of any gift card that is issued as store credit and can resend or recreate the code as needed, simply contact us at hello@dragonwing.com

I was sent the wrong item. How do I get the right one?

Sorry, mistakes happen! Use our Returns Portal above and select "Received wrong item" when prompted to exchange. We will cover the shipping costs.
