We offer two paths for involvement:
- Modeling for Shoots, Website & Social: This is a selective opportunity for talent interested in brand photography, website placement and content creation. We generally look for girls with strong portfolios, camera presence and prior modeling experience. Because our shoots take place primarily in Denver, this path is often best suited for those who are local or able to travel for scheduled shoot days. Spots are limited and talent is selected based on experience, camera presence, and fit with upcoming campaigns. Due to demand, only a small percentage of applicants are selected for brand shoots.
- Runway Experience at Fashion Week: This is a fee-based runway experience for girls who want to walk in national Fashion Week shows, build confidence and grow their resume. Most of the girls who walk for us are ambassadors and others use this opportunity to apply to become ambassadors through this involvement. This path includes an experience fee and is offered as an ambassador-style perk for girls ready to take the stage, meet new friends, work directly with Allie backstage and represent Dragonwing live on runway. We also offer coaching opportunities from our teen ambassadors to help first-time walkers feel confident, supported and prepared. No prior modeling experience is required, and space is limited as we offer this opportunity to ambassadors first. Many girls begin here and later grow into larger brand opportunities over time.

Founded in 2013, Dragonwing is a female-founded brand that designs fashion-forward activewear, dancewear and swimwear for girls, teens and beyond. From the gym to the dance studio and beyond, Dragonwing designs are crafted to support and inspire, helping you feel as bold and unique as you truly are.

What it's like to walk on the runway
This video shows what it feels like to walk our runway. This path is designed to help you build confidence on stage and perform in front of real audiences that include buyers, media, and professional runway photographers. You also get to model the inspiration for Dragonwing’s next collection as it comes to life on stage. Our YouTube channel has over 1.4 million views, so your walk becomes part of something many people get to see. If you have ever imagined stepping into the lights and owning that moment, this is it.
