Dragonwing A+ Ambassador Program: Rules of the Road!

Thank you so much for joining us on this journey of being an A+ Ambassador! We are so excited to get to know you and work with you!  This is going to be FUN!

We want to keep this simple! We only have three ground rules for being an A+ Ambassador:
  1. We want you to share photos/videos of you in your Dragonwing attire on your social media feed at least twice a month!  However, you can earn points for posting up to two times a week!
    • We know that even twice a month is HARD sometimes - especially with school, holidays, family stuff, practice, tournaments, meets and competitions. We will waive this requirement if you're active in other ways. (e.g. you buy the newest product drops or you participate in a Dragonwing-sponsored photoshoot, for example!)

2. We want you to always represent the values of Dragonwing.  Whether you're on the court or just hanging out with your friends, the Dragonwing girl feels secure in who she is and who she wants to be. We seek to be a community that empowers and inspires young women! Please read Our Story for further information about who we are and what we want to be!

3. We want you to follow fellow A+ Ambassadors on social media - like/comment on their posts and engage with them! We want this to be a fun, safe space of confident, young women (and their moms ;-))! We've had a number of A+ friends that met on Instagram that have became friends IRL! And obviously it's been a blast meeting our A+ Ambassadors IRL!

That's it!  We will NEVER pressure you to do anything you don't want to do.
   

We evaluate our ambassadors performance quarterly - if we feel that you are not following the ground rules, we will pause or suspend your ambassadorship.

The more you put into A+, the more you will get out of it! For anything you do, you'll earn points which can be redeemed on our online store - yay for free stuff!

Here's what you will get:
  1. Discount code: As long as you're a member of A+, you'll get 20% off our online store! Use discount code APLUS at checkout. We have SO many new drops coming soon- you will always get first dibs!
  2. Activities - we will always have two options weekly to earn points for social media posts.   We intend to rotate one of the posts every so often for certain themes!  For now, the rotating post is you being active in your Dragonwing.  We are LOVING the reels so far - flips, tumbling, and dancing!  Keep them coming!!
  3. Other Activities - we will rotate these as well!  For now, we are giving you points for registering for the program, writing product and website reviews.
  4. Referral Code: Share your referral code and referral link (included in your welcome email) with your friends and family for 15% off their order.   You will earn 10% commission in points for each sale you get! (See more details below)
  5. You can redeem your points for discount codes on our online store when you reach certain dollar thresholds! Every 100 points equals $10!
  6. You will need to submit proof of each activity on the online portal. Don't worry - it's really easy!
More fun stuff:
  1. You will be the first to know when our new line launches - and have the opportunity to purchase new styles first before your friends.  We will email you when new styles are in!
  2. Giveaways - we'll have some fun giveaways for A+ girls specifically! Stay tuned!
  3. Professional photo shoot opportunities: We are building an AMAZING network of professional photographers across the USA that specialize in shooting girls and we are planning on sponsoring or hosting photoshoots at least monthly. We will let you know of any opportunities as they come up. We help subsidize the cost so your Dragonwing-sponsored photo shoot is always discounted! 
  4. Social media shares - we'll try our best to share your posts/reels/stories on our feed to help you grow your following!
  5. Special events: We are working on a few special events or programs over the next year! You will be the first to know about potential fashion shows, ambassador-only photoshoots, meet-ups and mentorship programs!

Further information on referrals:

If you share the following code with friends, family or your social media followers, they will receive 15% off their order!

If your code or link are utilized, you will receive 10% commission on the sale in points which can be redeemed on our online store for free or discounted merchandise!  These points will automatically be credited to your account within two weeks of the sale!

A referral code MUST be entered at check-out for the discount and commission to work.  

The referral link works a little different.  If your friend clicks on the link, it drops a 30-day trackable cookie in your friend's browser - so you should still earn a 10% commission if they purchase within 30 days.  This is ideal if you have a blog or a Linktree on Instagram. But, your friends will NOT get a discount unless they also enter your personalized referral code at check-out!  So make sure you include both if you do share!
